Fast Facts
1. Your property taxes just went up to pay for a study of a 20-mile road project that will NOT solve any of the traffic problems we are having, now or in the future.
2. Our elected officials have misled us in a number of ways and they refuse to talk to us on the record about this issue. None of the money from the 2022 TRIP Bond is going towards Highway 6 despite the fact that it was shown on the political mailers and talked about by the media.
3. We are struggling to complete the projects we already have and need to start, like Highway 6, yet we are diverting resources towards a project that's neither wanted nor needed.

Write an email to YOUR Precinct Commissioner and Brazos County Judge Duane Peters. List your address, if you are a Brazos County voter, and tell them a few reasons why you are completely against the Inner East Loop. Also email HERE to BrazosInnerLoopEast@quiddity.com. Come speak to the Brazos County Commissioners Court. We need all the help we can get. We have asked for a public, on-the-record discussion and each Commissioner gets a choice, including yours. They need to hear from their own constituents because it is your money they are spending.
